The Cyprus issue was discussed in Athens.
Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias came together yesterday with the UN Secretary General’s temporary Advisor on Cyprus Jane Holl Hute.
Speaking to the press after the meeting, the Greek Foreign Minister said “Lute is not a negotiator. Her visit is more to do with holding contacts with the related sides to learn their views.”
Kotzias also expressed the need for a comprehensive preparation period to determine whether or not there was a will and opportunity for a settlement.
